Information is collected on this site by AMF Private Limited with its registered office at Lalazar, Karachi, Pakistan. We take your privacy seriously and protection of your personal information is our topmost privacy. Any personal information received will only be used to fulfill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone. Any information you provide will be administered by this privacy policy and our terms and conditions. We will protect your data and not sell it at any cost.

Order Confirmation 

Order will be confirmed via email and call/SMS when received, after which it is dispatched. 

Returns & Exchanges

Once sold, Product (s) cannot be returned/exchanged as we are dealing in food products and it is important to maintain hygiene and brand standards. 

You may contact our customer service center by emailing us images of the defected products at eshop@amfenterprises.com.pk or calling us at (+92)3032991111 within 3 days of purchase to report any such mishap.

Refunds

We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock or appears to be defective before it is shipped. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Order Cancellation 

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply. We may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include the item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
